Kosher Crunchy Asian Chicken Salad
4 frozen breaded extra crunchy chicken patties or cutlets
6 cups romaine lettuce, washed and chopped
½ cup dried cranberries
½ cup slivered almonds
1 cup canned mandarin orange segments, drained
1 medium cucumber, diced
1 cup grape tomatoes
Bottled Asian sesame-ginger dressing
Optional: 1 cup chow mein noodles
Kosher Crunchy Asian Chicken Salad instructions
- Prepare the breaded chicken patties or cutlets according to the instructions on the package. Cut into 1” pieces.
- In a large bowl, combine lettuce, cranberries, almonds, orange segments, cucumber and tomatoes. Add chicken patty pieces.
- Toss salad with Asian sesame-ginger dressing to taste. Optional: Sprinkle with chow mein noodles just before serving.
- Divide salad onto four plates and serve.
